Dan told me about a yoga demonstration being held at Lake Calhoun last night. It was a beautiful evening and the demo was free to the public. It sounded like fun, so I went. There were 50-60 people there. They were all synchronized with the instructor's directions. I knew I could never keep up with the pace, but I tried to learn what I coud. Dan had no trouble following, and he enjoyed the challenge.
The time went by quickly and the view of the lake, sailboats and canoes was peaceful. After the class wound down, Dan and I played frisbee in the park. What a lovely summer evening.
